This email is part II of a series. In the last email we mentioned our upcoming foraging class and shared new handmade goodies coming to our market table. Stay tuned for the final part of this series.
Thing 2: We found our new horse neighbors!!!
Remember when we said we were looking for a horse family to take over our barns at the new place? We found them! It was breathtaking to witness these special animals taking their first steps at the farm.
Join me in welcoming Mylestone Stables and trainer Montana to our Huntingtown Farm! Woot!
Any time I’ve talked to anyone who has worked with Montana I know that we are very lucky to have found her! This connection would not have been possible without the help of our customers at the farmer’s markets.
We are grateful for everyone who helped us connect with Montana and the special group of people that surround her!
Thank you so much!
Horse lovers are officially invited to come board or learn. More info about Mylestone Stables on Facebook.

A few of our core values, as a business, and as people, are symbiosis and sustainability. We aim to imitate our fungal relatives by collaborating with other businesses and organizations to protect the land and empower our local community.
Sharing land with Mylestone stables is one of a few ways we’ve been able to realize this vision this summer! We will share more, in time, about what else we’ve been up to.
Catch us every other Thursday at the Trumbull market. We update our events page regularly. We have Sport Hill dates coming soon! Remember, we will not have fresh mushrooms until after we’ve completed our move.
As always, tinctures are available in person or online. Remember, if you live close enough that we hand deliver for free. If you love our tinctures and you haven’t subscribed, now’s a great time to do it.
Stay tuned for “Thing 3” happening this summer!
Absolutely love this regenerative business:
