We have enough news that we’re going to split it up. So, over the next few days, here are three things that we’ve got going on this summer.
Thing 1: Foraging class incoming
When: This Saturday, June 7th 1:00 pm
Where: C.H. Booth Library, 25 Main St, Newtown, CT 06470
Cost: free
This weekend we’ll be joining 30 or so of our Newtown neighbors at CH Booth Library for our Intro to Foraging class!!
Hopefully we’ll be able to see some of you in person as we’ve heard from MANY of you that there is an interest in foraging. This is, so far, the only location where James teaches. This event happens only once a year. Do not miss if you’re interested. Sign up below.
Side notes:
I was surprised by the reaction to my random crochet mushroom basket at our biweekly visit to the Trumbull Farmers market. Originally, I hadn’t intended to sell them. I didn’t know that folks liked crochet mushrooms as much as I do.
The feedback I got was enough that I will add crochet items for sale to our table. If you’re curious to know what and when they will be available, you can check us out over at Tedoo. Otherwise, catch us every other Thursday at the Trumbull market. Or keep an eye on our events page to see new places we will table.
We have Sport Hill dates coming soon! Remember, we will not have fresh mushrooms until after we’ve completed our move.
Tinctures are still available in person or online. Most of you live close enough that we hand deliver for free. If you love our tinctures and you haven’t subscribed, now’s a great time to do it.
Stay tuned for “Thing 2” happening this summer!
